Cancellations

Top Dog Food and Supply, LLC charges a $10.00 cancellation fee to cancel an order. The $10.00 fee is to cover the cost of credit card/banking fees and the restocking of goods.

Damaged or missing items

Email woof@topdogfoodandsupply.com to submit a claim. We will require the following information:

  • Order number
  • Description of the damage
  • Photo(s) of damage – packaging/products

All claims need to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order. If the customer contacts us after 24 hours of the delivered date, all damaged goods are solely the customer’s responsibility. We will not be able to process any claim without the above information.

Returns/Refunds

Our products are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their perishable nature. All sales are final.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of products. All sales are final.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All shipping charges are final.

Sale items

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
